Over 40 years in the industry. Rod started as an apprentice in 1986, ran his own carpentry business for 16 years, then spent close to two decades as a building supervisor and construction manager before founding OnlyBuilds.

Yes. OnlyBuilds has access to a drafting team who can also manage council approvals and the DA process on your behalf.

Every trade brought onto an OnlyBuilds project is one Rod trusts and personally supervises on site.

Yes. All work is covered by the standard statutory warranty under the Home Building Act: six years for major defects, two years for all other minor defects. OnlyBuilds also offers a 26-week defects liability period, double the standard 13 weeks, giving you extra time after handover to identify and have any issues addressed.

Clients are kept closely involved throughout. Rod's hands-on approach means direct, ongoing communication and access to the client portal in Wunderbuild.
